Around the time, she had appeared with Combs in a music video, per the suit. The lawsuit also alleged Combs had filmed the sexual assault and shown it to others, claiming that days after the alleged assault, a male friend revealed to Dickerson he had viewed video of it. Since November, Combs has faced six separate civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault or other allegations – with one lawsuit since settled. Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, criticized the searches as “a gross overuse of military-level force.”Representatives for Combs had no additional comment on this latest motion when reached by CNN.

Nearly 200 protesters were arrested on Saturday at Northeastern University, Arizona State University and Indiana University, according to officials, as colleges across the country struggle to quell growing pro-Palestinian demonstrations and encampments on campus. More than 700 protesters have been arrested on U.S. campuses since April 18, when Columbia University had the New York Police Department clear a protest encampment there. In several cases, most of those who were arrested have been released. At Northeastern in Boston, protesters had set up an encampment on the campus’s Centennial Common this week that drew more than 100 supporters. The administration had asked the protesters to leave, but many students did not.

Crew members also detected an unusual sound near the wing, Delta Air Lines said. Pilots declared an emergency to air traffic controllers and the flight returned to Kennedy and landed safely, the airline said. After the plane landed, it became apparent that the aircraft’s emergency slide had “separated” from the plane, Delta Air Lines said.
